We’re all in want of a bit peace, love, and tail wagging as of late—and this weekend had all three! Following a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, PETA’s Norfolk, Virginia, multishelter adoption occasion returned, with 5 native shelters collaborating within the enjoyable.
